EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE GUEST RANCH

INTERIOR-BUILD

A decade after serving as superintendent on the original shop build—where the two wings were finished for ranch maintenance and UTV/snow machine storage—we returned in spring–summer 2024 to complete the unfinished center core (originally planned as living quarters). Working around active operations, we phased interiors, coordinated targeted MEP tie-ins, and delivered a clean build-out from late March to late August on a tight schedule.

Upon kick-off, an equally detailed project charter was drafted and deployed to keep all aspects from demolition to keys in hand, on track and on time.

Throughout the length of this project Merritt Contracting worked closely with the architects, various subspecialties and state surveyors creating a low stress experience for all of us involved.
